Our employees are empowered to take any action necessary to immediately correct a safety hazard that they are exposed to. Safety is compromised if only certain individuals make it a priority—at Rieck, we encourage everyone to work together as a team to create a safe working environment.
All Rieck Services’ field technicians are required to complete an Activity Hazard Analysis form prior to entering the job site. A job hazard analysis is a technique that focuses on job tasks as a way to identify hazards before they occur. It focuses on the relationship between the worker, the task, the tools and the work environment. Ideally, after uncontrolled hazards are identified, our staff will take steps to eliminate or reduce them to an acceptable risk level.
